"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened." Matthew 7:7-8.

"And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give [it] you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full." John 16:23-24.

From these two verses, we learn that God wants us to be filled to the fullest joy. Why? Because he loves you, that's why! Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice not just to save us from our sins, but to give us full access to God. This meaning that God hears everything you ask. Since he hears everything you ask, and he loves you so much, he gives it to you. Don't be afraid to ask God for anything, for God loves you too much to hate you for asking, and he forgives all foolish requests. What I mean by foolish requests are those requests not from the spirit, but from the flesh. Meaning, when you ask for stuff from God, do not ask if you can sin, its just foolishness. When Jesus said the words "in my name", he meant in the stature and authority of himself. We are to ask God as Jesus asked, and remember that whenever Jesus prayed to God, his prayers were answered, meaning since his were answered, ours are being answered all the time. Have no doubt in your heart when you pray, its already been answered. And also, remember, to keep going after it if you haven't already received it. Meaning, you keep on stating that you already have it to everyone you meet. Say, "I asked God for (whatever) and it has come! God has blessed me, thank God!" Speaking things that are not as though they were is a big part of this prayers being answered thing. So, believe your prayers have already been answered, then believe again. Never stop believing that God is blessing you daily.
