3 In 1: God The Father, The Son & The Holy Ghost!

Submitted by: David Andrew Moore

There is this false doctrine going around that teaches that the Holy Trinity is a false doctrine and that is a lie! These people will tell you that the Holy Trinity, is not scripturally backed up. Well it is! The words, "Holy Trinity" are not used in the Bible, but these scriptures will show you that God, The Holy Spirit and Jesus are one in the same. They together are one God! These are some of the scriptures that back up the Holy Trinity doctrine, but they're not all here. I'm not going to write on all these scriptures. I want you to read these scriptures and pray before doing so and put them together. The ones that are referenced to each other are put right by each other. I also welcome Churches to take these scriptures that we have put together for you to use for a sermon or etc.

"And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you." Exodus 3:14 (KJV)

"Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am." John 8:58 (KJV)

"I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last." Revelation 22:13 (KJV)

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." John 1:1 (KJV)

"O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength; lift [it] up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God!" Isaiah 40:9 (KJV)

"And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God." John 20:28 (KJV)

"But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back [part] of the price of the land? Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God." Acts 5:3-4 (KJV)

"And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." Matthew 3:16-17 (KJV)

"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen." Matthew 28:19-20 (KJV)

"But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his." Romans 8:9 (KJV)

"Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and [that] no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all." 1 Corinthians 12:3-6 (KJV)

"The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, [be] with you all. Amen. [[[The second [epistle] to the Corinthians was written from Philippi, [a city] of Macedonia, by Titus and Lucas.]]]" 2 Corinthians 13:14 (KJV)

"And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, [even] in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life." 1 John 5:20 (KJV)

"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." Isaiah 9:6 (KJV)

"Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I [am] in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake." John 14:10-11 (KJV)

"Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: [[but] he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also]. Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father." 1 John 2:22-24 (KJV)

I hope that this is proof enough for you that God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit are one in the same. Let's not over look the facts of these scriptures. The words, "Holy Trinity" is our way of saying all three names at once and also our way of acknowledging that they are three in one. Those words were made by man because of the evidence provided in the scriptures as a way to show reverence toward all three as one God. That is my conclusion with the proof of the scriptures.
