3 in 1?
Tuesday's Devotion (4-25-06)
"[Be] of the same mind one toward another.
Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your
own conceits." Romans 12:16 (KJV)
A lot of days I don't pick the "perfect," scripture for
the subject I'm on. Today is probably one of those days, but here goes! Many
people don't believe in the Holy Trinity (3 in 1,) because they don't understand
it. They're ignorant to it, "How can three different persons be one in the
same?" This is why you should study the Bible hard, if you miss just one
verse... You could miss out on a whole new world of knowledge. This isn't the
scripture that gave me my revelation, but I can't remember which scripture that
was. I can't remember, so I can't find it. Anyway, back to the question: How is
God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit the same person? They're not! BUT they
are still one! How you ask? They don't argue with each other, they don't debate
each other... They have the exact same beliefs! All three believe that you
shouldn't kill, steal, lie, etc. They are one because their minds are on the
same page. Some of our top ministers in the country can't even figure out this
one thing, but all it takes is putting two and two together with the scriptures.
My point is that just because your minister says that they aren't one doesn't
make him/her right. This is something that you absolutely have to know the facts
on before you open your mouth, and I truly believe that I've found (in the
scriptures,) the reason why the Holy Trinity are one together.
Why are the churches not working like they should be? Because we are not one.
Every church has their own beliefs, but we need to be on the same page, that
page being the Bible. We have to abandon our own beliefs and trust in the facts
of the Bible in order to become one with each other! Until we are one, we are
divided, and if we're divided... we will fall! IF we fall, we are not able to
bring countless souls to Christ. Everyone is praying for a revival, but guess
what? Until the Christian body is one we aren't going to have a revival. It's as
simple as that.
Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this message and for all things.
Please forgive us of all our sins, and we forgive all those who've wronged us.
Help us to become one with each other as you are one with Jesus and the Holy
Spirit. In Jesus name. A-men!
God bless!
Hope you enjoyed. Please post your thoughts on this topic, on the
