Prayer Warriors

Tuesday's Devotion (3-7-06)

"Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18:19-20 (KJV)

In case you didn't know, if you head over to www.GodsLovingKindness.com you can request prayer from us. That's the good thing about it too, the good thing is that it is prayer from "us." Not just one person prays for you when you submit a prayer request to us, you will get at least two people praying for you: Beryl and myself. Sometimes, you get more when my wife is home she'll listen to requests. My mother-in-law sometimes too. Guess what else? Together we get results! As a matter of fact this scripture promises us results. We may not be able to hold hands over you, but believe me you will get results. If you can go some where near you and get prayer, and get them to lay hands on whatever it is that you need... That would be awesome too.

I just want you all to know that prayer works, especially when there's more than one person praying over the same matter. The world is falling apart around us, the world governments are in shambles. It is our job as believers to unite and to pray. We have to realize that things will not change by our own power, but by God's power! When a problem arises what is the first thing you do? Do you get up and try to do something about it, or do you pray first? Slow down, and pray first! Prayer is what will deliver results. Some of the prayer requests we get are from awesome, loving people. They don't send prayer requests just for themselves, but for those around them. They don't just jump up and try to change something themselves, they go to Jesus first, and they get more people to go in prayer to Jesus on their behalf. I just told someone that their friend was very blessed to have a friend that will go out of their way and request prayer for them. If you have one person that would request prayer for you, then you are very blessed and loved. I hope that everyone reading this devotion today would also go out of their way and pray, and request prayer for other people. Prayer is the most powerful thing you can do! The more you get to come together in agreement with your prayer, the better. God loves fellowship, and God loves when people come together for one common cause.

Today, I thank all you people who pray, and send prayer requests for other people. You are saints, thank you for giving love that people may not find else where. You may post prayer requests on this blog for others to see, and you may also submit requests to
http://www.GodsLovingKindness.com/prayerrequests.htm.

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this message, for the prayer warriors out there, and for all things. We pray that you would give us all the desire and love to pray for one another. Help us realize the power and importance of prayer. In Jesus name. A-men!

God bless!
