ALERT: It seems that an unauthorized person entered the
site's control panel yesterday, according to our domain provider. We aren't
showing that any changes were made to the site, BUT if you notice anything that
seems weird: Profanity, racial slurs, hate messages, blasphemy, etc... Please
report it immediately, and tell us where it is located. We've put a lot into
this website to let someone take away from everything we've been teaching, and
that's the LOVE of Christ. We can't always check/double check everything on this
huge site, so we're counting on you to be our eyes. We're not asking that you
search the site for us, just do your daily routines here, and if you notice
anything weird report it. We've also taken the proper precautions to keep the
intruder out in the future. Thank you!
Now, let's get onto today's message. This verse of the Bible gives you a promise
that you can count on. "Delight thyself also in the LORD..." How does one
delight in the Lord? The answer is simple, you love His laws, you obey Him, and
you love doing it! Not only that, but you have that personal relationship with
Him that we've been talking about. If you delight in the Lord, then He delights
in you! When is the last time you delightfully helped someone in need? When's
the last time you delightfully went out of your way to do something good? When's
the last time you delightfully just said, "YES LORD?" If you want the blessings
of being a child of God, then all you have to do is say, "YES LORD," every time
He asks of you. I'm not telling you to lie to Him either and say, "Yes," when
you really mean, "No!" You need to say, "YES," and do as He says! If you do
this, then you're truly going to find all those blessings entitled to you.
How can you know when the Lord is talking to you? Of course we can't just
believe everything that we hear in our mind is from God. We have to know for
sure... If you want to know for sure, then you have to know the Bible! If your
mind is saying something that isn't of the Bible, then you know that it isn't of
God. People have killed their children because they thought God told them to do
it. God says in the Bible, "Thou shalt not kill." HE WILL NEVER TELL YOU TO
KILL. He will never tell you to sin! Those that belong to Him know His voice. In
all the time I've been saved, God has never told me to lie. God has never told
me to kill, or to steal. God has never told me to commit adultery, and He hasn't
told me to use profanity. God has never told me to teach hatred against ANYONE.
I read the scriptures, and I know that I know God's voice. Also, when you're
told something that you believe might be from God... Pray about it, confirm it
with the Lord if you're not sure. Pull out the Bible, and start searching it.
There's nothing wrong with putting the voices to the test to confirm their
origin. But whatever you do, don't ignore something that could be from the Lord.
If you ignore it, you could miss out on many blessings.
Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this message, and for all things.
Please forgive us of all our sins, and we forgive all those who've wronged us.
Please help us to know your voice, and to obey it. Draw us closer to you, and do
your will in our lives. Also please protect this site as you have been doing,
and protect all those who are doing your work. In Jesus name. A-men!
God bless!
