Homosexuals & The People Who Hate Them

Friday's Devotion (1-6-06)

"And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man." Genesis 2:23 (KJV)

I have to honestly say that I'm shocked that most people haven't stopped using the word, "Woman," because it's from the Bible. Just like they stopped using the word, "Christmas," and replaced it with, "Holiday." I sure hope that none of those people are reading today's devotion, it might give them some ideas... I mean seriously, it's ridiculous how some people act toward anything to do with God. There's nothing wrong with the word, "Christmas," and there's nothing wrong with the word, "Woman," and there's nothing wrong with people who just want to follow Jesus Christ. That's one of the things I'm thinking about today when I read this scripture.

The other thing I'm thinking about is homosexuality. Homosexuality is by far not Biblical. There are believers out there who are still homosexuals, because they think that God is alright with it. Well, I'm sorry... He's not alright with it. If you need more evidence than this, then send us a message on the contact page. I'll be happy to e-mail more evidence. Like I've said before, I do not hate homosexuals. I just find it sad that there are believers who are being deceived by their congregation into believing that homosexuality is, "Ok with God." I can find you a few scriptures on this subject, so I can prove through God's Word that it's not okay with Him! Women were made for men, and men for women. They fit each other, and only a man and a woman can have a child. Show me a homosexual who is naturally pregnant, and I'll reconsider my point of view... Because it isn't going to happen. If you're a homosexual in need of prayer, then contact me. I'm not going to judge you, and I'm not going to treat you badly. I'm here to help in any way possible.

Which brings me to a third and final subject to talk about here. "Christians," who treat homosexuals like trash. Everyone is fair game here tonight. You guys who hate homosexual people, and do hate crimes against them in the name of Jesus... SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE. Don't forget that God teaches us to love, not to hate. He teaches us to bring people to Him through love. Remember that the devil's hate condemned him, and the love of Christ gave us eternal life. Some people would much rather hate homosexuals, than they would help them. I feel like some people just hate others to feel good about themselves. I have news for you... Your hatred is no less of a sin than someone else's homosexuality. The title of today's devotion sounds like a talk show topic. LOL, couldn't help it.

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this message, and for all things. Please forgive us of all our sins, and we forgive all those who've wronged us. Help us not to hate people, and free all the homosexuals who want to be set free from homosexuality. The ones who don't want to be set free, please open their eyes. In Jesus name. A-men!
