Get The Treatment You Deserve!

Wednesday's Devotion (4-20-05)

"I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance." Luke 15:7 (KJV)

Now onto today's devotion. This scripture is exciting. Do you know why? Imagine every angel up in Heaven just going on as normal, but then you repent... and they throw a big party! A party in Heaven, just for you. Isn't that awesome? Doesn't that bless you? Each one of us get the same treatment, but we all also get treated as individuals. There's joy over every sinner that repents, it's not joy for every 2 or more sinners, but for every one of them. One at a time. In God's eyes you are special, in God's eyes we are all special. Just because we're all special doesn't mean that it's not worth as much to be special, in His eyes. you must know that God created us all, to be special. Some of you may feel like a piece of trash, but you're not. You're special. God doesn't see you as trash, and never will. If you see yourself as trash, then you need to change your thinking. If you're special to God, then why shouldn't you be treated with respect? Why shouldn't you have self-respect? God loves you. If God, and His angels are happy to see you when you come home to them, then why are you hanging out with another crowd that isn't happy to see you? Why are you hanging with a crowd, that doesn't even care about you? Be with people that respect you. Don't settle for your friends, your spouse, and etc. Set high standards, and find friends that respect you. When I say, "Set high standards," I don't mean rich people. I just mean people that care for you, and respect you as a person. If you're with people that treat you like trash, then you're going to feel like trash! You are special, and you have to know that. The person in the room with you is special too, and you should tell them that.

If you haven't repented of your sins, and you would like to find the love of God... then you're about to find it. If you want to be saved, and have Jesus, and His angels celebrate over you, then here's how: Just say a prayer. Say what is in your heart to say to God. Be sure to ask forgiveness in your prayer, and ask in Jesus name. For more information, just visit the, "God's Free Gift" page on the side panel of the website. If you're looking for love, then go to Jesus... you'll find more love than you ever thought possible. Today is your day, your day to start respecting yourself. Your day to start receiving the treatment you deserve. You'll get that treatment from Christ. We all want, and need to be loved.

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this message and for all things. Please forgive us of all our sins, and we forgive all those who've wronged us. Please help us to know your love for us. Help us to not feel like trash, and to not associate with people who make us feel that way. In Jesus name. A-men!
