"He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." John 3:36 (KJV)

These scriptures tell us how to be saved in a simple sentence, "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life:..." They also tell us how to be condemned in a simple sentence, "... and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." All we need to obtain salvation is faith in Jesus Christ! It is not by our works that we are saved, but by faith and by faith we do great works! If you truly believe in Jesus, you will follow all of His commandments. Why? Why can't you just believe and not follow His ways? Well, if I said, "I believe that it is important to read the Bible!", but I didn't even read the Bible, then I'd be lying. If I believed that it was important to read the Bible, then I would read the Bible and I do believe that and I do read the Bible! If you truly believe Jesus, then you will obey Jesus. Lets say that I'm cooking something and my wife says, "If you put this in there, it will taste better!" then I say, "I believe you!" then I don't put that ingredient in there. Would that be showing that I really believed her? No, that would show that I didn't believe her one bit or else I would listen to her and put what she wanted in there! Jesus, gives us instructions and some of us just sit by and say, "I believe you, Jesus!" words without action, isn't good enough! Jesus, once said something like, "Not everyone who calls me Lord, Lord, will enter into my Kingdom." You see they won't enter in, because they just call Him Lord and do not show that He is their Lord, by obeying Him! The waitress wouldn't be a waitress at a restaurant if she didn't serve you. You can't be a servant of the Lord, if you do not serve! He can not truly be your Lord, if you disobey Him! Servants do not disobey their masters! Therefore, if you want to enter into God's Kingdom, then you must believe in and follow Jesus! If you truly believe, then the following Him part, will follow! Believe Jesus!

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this message and for all things. Please forgive us of all our sins and we forgive all those who've wronged us. Please help us to believe in and follow every way of your Son. In Jesus, name. A-men!
