We often lose sight of the things we really need and should seek. It is better to receive wisdom over gold and understanding over silver. That means that these two things are more important than any riches. I believe that it is speaking of the understanding and wisdom, that only comes from God. How much better would things be if we have wisdom to solve problems and understanding to comfort others? My mother would buy me things and I'd say, "You don't care about me!" then she'd say, "What do you mean I don't care? I just bought you this or that!" It would've been much better, if she would've understood me and if she would've had the wisdom to solve what was bothering me. Money can't solve our problems. Wisdom and understanding from God, can solve all problems. It can even solve financial problems.

If you're seeking money or riches to solve your problems, then you will only find more problems my friends. You got to know that God, can solve your problems and that God, can give you the wisdom and understanding to do whatever you need to do. I started my ministry over one year ago on a forum. God, used my time on that forum to teach me more and he gave and continues to give wisdom and understanding to help me do this daily task. When I first started my forum, I named it, "Daily Bible Devotionals" and I didn't even know what a devotional was. My wife told me and God, lead me. He gave me a great group of people there, that are still my friends. Those people helped me a lot and showed me when I was wrong and I believe that God, put them there to help me get started. All we have to do is pray and seek for the wisdom and understanding of God and He will freely give it to us. Don't seek riches! Seek God, His wisdom and His understanding in all that you do!
