There's a lot of followers, who act like they have the inside scoop on the Lord. They say, "Do what I do and you'll be saved!" We must not be deceived. There is only one person, who offers us salvation. Only in one man and one name. That person is, Jesus Christ. If you walked up to the most powerful person on earth, he couldn't save you from the wrath of God! That person maybe deceived enough, to think he can stop the Lord, but he can't. We will all answer to the Lord, but the question is this: During your life time who did you trust? Did you trust in Jesus or some man, with the so called, "Inside scoop on Jesus?" The only way we can be saved is to trust Jesus and to live by His Word. We need His Word, to instruct us in what to do, in everyday situations. Church is nice, but we need to read the Word ourselves. The reason is because man can twist scriptures and take it out of context. If someone does that to you and you're not knowledgeable in scripture, you're in trouble. You're in trouble because you're living a lie. When the end comes, you're not going to make it into God's Kingdom. You might say, "I go to a church and I know the preacher there has to be preaching the truth!" Well, let me tell you, ministers can preach whatever they feel free to teach. Did you know that a person who is a minister, can preach any religion? They can even preach Satan or some false God. This I know, because I know some of the rights of ministers. I'm not telling you, this to get you to fear your preacher. I'm telling you this, so you'll take precautions and read the Word, yourself. You've got to see and know the full picture of God's Word, for yourself! It's by Jesus' name, we're saved. Therefore don't take chances, listen to His direct Word! If you read your Bible, it's important to pray every time before reading. Pray for your spiritual eyes and ears to be open to see and hear His Word. If you don't do this, most likely you won't understand. I want you to seriously consider, today's message and take a look in the pages for yourself!
