Thou Shalt Be Saved!

Monday's Devotion (4-14-03)

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9 (KJV)

If you confess the name of Jesus, our Lord, with your mouth and believe in your heart that God, raised Him from the dead. You shall be saved from Hell. We must confess Jesus' name before men. If we're too ashamed to do this, guess what? He's not going to profess us in front of His Father. If He doesn't profess our names in front of His Father, we're not saved. We must also fully believe without a doubt that God, raised Jesus, from the dead. If you have any doubt repent and ask God, to take a way your unbelief. If you're serious about your walk with the Lord and haven't confessed his name, I suggest you do so. You can go to a Church somewhere and make a special requests to make this announcement. The Pastor of the Church most likely would find great pleasure in letting you, do this. But this is important, don't take it lightly. We need to confess his name, before men. If you're uncomfortable about doing this, pray about it. Pray for the courage and strength to do it. Don't wait forever, even if you have a group of friends that don't know you've accepted Jesus, tell them. Also you can go to the message board, post your name and tell us you've accepted Jesus! This is a very important step, that we all need to take in life.
